We are a factory manufacturer with our own production facility. Besman provides integrated manufacturing support for electric toothbrushes and water flossers, covering product design, mold development, injection molding, assembly, testing, packaging, and quality control. This allows us to better control quality, cost, delivery time, and OEM/ODM customization.

Our standard MOQ is usually 3,000 pcs for electric toothbrushes and 1,000 pcs for water flossers. For first-time cooperation, we can support a smaller trial order to help you test the market: 1,000 pcs for electric toothbrushes and 500 pcs for water flossers. The final MOQ may vary depending on the model, logo customization, packaging requirements, and accessory combination.

For samples, the delivery time is usually 7–15 working days, depending on model availability and customization requirements. For bulk orders, the standard production lead time is around 35–45 days after order confirmation and deposit payment. The exact delivery time may vary based on order quantity, packaging details, and production schedule.

We follow a strict quality control system throughout the whole production process. Besman has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management certification, and our quality checks cover IQC, IPQC, and OQC.

Before production, we inspect key materials and components such as motors, batteries, PCBA, brush heads, nozzles, and plastic parts. During production, we check assembly quality, function performance, charging, waterproof structure, and appearance details. Before shipment, finished products go through final inspection for function, accessories, packaging, labeling, and carton condition.

For outsourced components, we apply the same quality standards to our suppliers to help ensure stable product quality and reduce after-sales risk for our partners.

Our usual payment term is deposit payment before production and balance payment before shipment.

For bulk orders, we normally prefer T/T bank transfer to our company bank account.

For sample orders or small trial orders, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other agreed payment methods can also be discussed. The final payment terms will be confirmed clearly in the proforma invoice before order arrangement.

For bulk orders, we usually arrange shipment by sea freight or air freight.

For samples or small trial orders, we can ship by express courier, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other available channels. We can also work with your appointed forwarder if you already have one.
